for someone who was not very interested in getting senior portraits done she sure did bring her modeling face! wow!! katie said she was only taking these because her mother made her...sorry to call you out katie. you look amazing here and i think that you have a natural look for modeling and could hold down a serious job with it. i can't wait for you to see the rest of the shoot but for now here a couple that caught my eye after the first pass through them.

thank you. that is all i can say for now. for trusting me to make your vision come true (hopefully). i had a great time finding the locations for this shoot and i'm really glad that you had such an opinion on what you wanted. i am usually design a theme for the shoot and it's nice to have someone with a foresight into their dream. I hope that I was able to capture what you had planned to attain. i plan to post more but for now here are two i think can be used to describe the concept.

I absolutely had to post a few of these amazingly beautiful images we captured of Amanda yesterday! Amanda is in the previous post (below) with her urban senior session from Monday. She is a dancer getting ready to go to college and compete on that level (psst...I think she'll do good). She is a super laid back girl and I really do wish her all the luck!

This was so fun. We liked doing something different and David was the photogrpher to do it. He was a pure pleasure to work with. I loved the directions that he took us. A pure professionial. Thank you for the momories.

I love shooting the urban locations of Galveston and Amanda sure brought an edgy appearance to this ever changing scene! This shoot was amazing and she made it very easy on me (and the camera). Amanda just so happens to drive the same car (only a year newer) that my father bought me my senior year so you know we had to get a few shots of it! There were a ton of different spots to shoot but of course we were playing cat and mouse with the shadows being cast by the tall, ancient buildings. The brick and doorways are very unique since this town was one of the first ones in Texas! There will be more to shots to come in a later post but I just wanted to get a few up on the web for your viewing pleasure.

It's nice to meet someone taller than me for a change...and at 6'7" he makes me feel short - even at 6'4"! A rocker like myself we certainly share a lot if interests and he kinda reminds me of myself at that age. I'm super jealous that you guys are roadtripping to Bonarroo...real jealous. I've seen some shows in my day but it seems that I just can't find the time to go anymore. Maybe some south by southwest next year?! Anyways, Hunter if you ever start a band I think we made your album cover on the first shot below...check it.
